Announcement On Topic Change

I wish to announce that I moved my personal blogs to BlogSpot after some serious efforts to make it as presentable as I wanted it to be on this site. I am sorry to say that this specific theme in Calliope private blog platform has a bug that I cannot tweak. My blog title will only show font size 20 no matter what kind of font I use. Increasing the font size would make the title garbled and unreadable.

My personal blogsite is now entitled EdZee’s Web Logs and still on free hosting basis at http://edzee.blogspot.com/. Aside from possibly better response and uptime, I am banking on BlogSpot’s connection with Google for more traffic not only on my personal blogs but also for my Owning a Café niche blogs where I have the Internet café industry in the Philippines as my target audience. I wish to take back my words that I am leaving this site. I want to clarify that I only moved my personal blogs to the new site. I will continue writing on this space but this time it will be to share my opinion on the current events happening in our country, the Philippines. Traffic During My College Days

Nowadays, traffic jams in the major streets and thoroughfares of Metro-Manila are so dreadful you have to really plan your trip if you are going to drive your own car. Traffic jams are not only time consuming, it is also a big drain on the pocket. What with more than PhP30.00 per liter cost of gasoline which could make you travel only five (5) kilometers on heavy traffic situation. (more…)

My Site’s Header

How does the header of this site show on your browser? Can you read the name of my weblog? It is actually “Just Another Xicowner’s Blog” using MarkingPen Heavy font with size 100. It is showing perfectly on my Mozilla Firefox (MF) browser but my son noticed the appearance problem when he browsed it in his computer. I suspect it will show on other’s browser (more…)

Know Your Blogger

I belong to a generation who had seen some golden days in the past. I have lived long  enough to savor the joy of using the leading edge technologies of today.
